Creamy Lemon Orzo With Salmon & Greens
  1. Add the orzo, garlic, butter beans, asparagus, green beans, stock, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper into a large ovenproof dish and mix well.

  2. Cover and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.

  3. Remove from the oven, stir through the single cream and top with the salmon fillets.

  4. Return to the oven and cook for a further 15 minutes.

  5. Optional, top with parsley and enjoy.
