Add the orzo, garlic, butter beans, asparagus, green beans, stock, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper into a large ovenproof dish and mix well.
Cover and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, stir through the single cream and top with the salmon fillets.
Return to the oven and cook for a further 15 minutes.
Optional, top with parsley and enjoy.
