Lemon Mousse Recipe
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment combine lemon curd, cold heavy whipping cream, and powdered sugar.

  2. Whip until stiff, for about 3-5 minutes.

  3. Divide between 4 glasses. Then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
