Pizza Dough Recipe
  1. Cool water to less than 60°F

  2. Mix water and yeast together

  3. Add flour and olive oil, mix for 2 minutes

  4. Keep mixing on low speed, add sugar and salt

  5. Mix for 10 more minutes

  6. Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 1-3 hours

  7. Divide into dough balls

  8. Shape and seal the seam

  9. Place in lightly oiled containers

  10. Cover and refrigerate for 1-3 days (3 days is ideal)

  11. Let come to room temperature before baking

Makes 2 - 15” thin pizzas
