Add the 2 cups of oil to a medium pot and heat until it reaches 350ºF.
Cut the crusts off the bread and smear 1 tablespoon pistachio cream on two of the slices. Layer the bread together to make sure that the pistachio cream is sandwiched inside.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla.
Dip the pistachio sandwich in the egg mixture, fully coating, and fry the sandwich until golden brown, about 30 seconds per side.
Serve immediately, and garnish with condensed milk, butter, pistachio cream, and crushed pistachios.
