Mix together 3 cups cake flour with all spices: sage, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, red pepper, coriander, ginger, garlic powder, white pepper, black pepper, and cardamom
Add salt and msg to the flour mixture and combine thoroughly
Whisk together milk and egg in a bowl to create the egg wash
Pour milk and egg wash over raw chicken strips and stir to combine
Toss and press each piece of chicken into the flour mixture until fully coated
Shake off excess flour from each piece
Set coated chicken aside on a plate
Preheat cooking oil to high heat
Cook chicken strips on both sides until golden brown
Drain cooked chicken on paper towels before serving
