Soak the skewers in water, no fires here please (or use metal ones)
Fire up the bbq
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and microwave until piping
Alternatively, mix the sauce in a pot on a stove until bubbling
Break the tofu into pieces and coat the tofu - the longer you marinate, the better (prep this the night before a bbq and you're golden)
Skewer the tofu onto the skewers and place on the barbecue
Turn intermittently so it is charred but NOT burnt
Then just get it in your gob and enjoy!!
