Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in Alfredo sauce and heavy cream. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, pasta, and Alfredo sauce mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread the pasta mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
