Easy Focaccia Bread
  1. Mix flour, yeast, salt, and warm water.

  2. Mix for about 2 minutes until there is no dry flour.

  3. Add 2 tablespoon of olive oil and mix.

  4. Let the dough relax for 2 hours or until the size of dough has doubled.

  5. Generously cover a baking pan with olive oil, covering all the edges.

  6. Flip the bowl and let gravity do the job.

  7. Oil your hands and flip the dough, then grab it so both sides would be oily.

  8. Cover the dough and let it get very puffy and rise up to the top of the pan.

  9. Turn on your oven to 430 degrees.

  10. Drizzle a lot of olive oil on top of the dough.

  11. Make your hands all oily and press your fingers all the way down to the dough.

  12. Put the pan into the oven on the lowest rack for 25 minutes.
