Start by rimming a cocktail glass in agave and then into coconut flakes (I like to blend the coconut flakes to get a powdery consistency), stick glass in the freezer while you make the cocktail.
Combine lime juice, agave, coconut milk, coconut water, orange liqueur, and tequila to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until cold.
Strain over ice into your prepared glass.
Squeeze some lime juice over the rosemary sprig and dip it into the coconut flakes for garnish.
