Homemade Protein Bars
  1. Pour milk into saucepan and sprinkle gelatin on top in a thin layer

  2. Mix slightly and allow the gelatin to bloom (hydrate) should turn into a thick goo

  3. Place over low heat and mix until it runs thin

  4. Add to a mixing bowl and allow to sit for 5 minutes to cool slightly

  5. Add protein and whisk until it doubles or triples in volume

  6. Pour into parchment lined pan and allow to harden for at least 2 hrs

  7. Once ready, cut into shapes and cover in melted chocolate + coconut oil mixture (coconut oil helps thin out the chocolate for a thinner shell over the marshmallow)

  8. Enjoy!
