In a blender, combine 250g of tofu, ½ cup of milk, and ½ cup of water.
Add 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds, ½ tablespoon of peanut butter or peanuts, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and ½ tablespoon of salt to the blender.
Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency.
Pour the blended mixture over cooked noodles.
For a creamier texture, you can optionally add soymilk.
