Pink Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bites

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup all-purpose flour

¼ teaspoon salt

Pink gel food coloring

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

½ cup brown sugar

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour, heat-treated

½ cup mini chocolate chips

1 cup powdered sugar

2–3 tablespoons milk

Pink gel food coloring

Pink candy melts or pink chocolate chips for topping

Preheat oven to 350°F, mix butter and sugar, then add eggs, vanilla, cocoa, flour, salt, and pink coloring.
Pour into lined pan, bake 18–20 minutes, cool, then cut into round discs.
Cream butter and sugars, mix in milk and vanilla, fold in flour and chocolate chips.
Roll or mold dough into domes, freeze 20 minutes.
Place domes on cooled brownie bases.
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and pink coloring until thick and pourable.
Spoon glaze over bites, top with pink candy melts, and chill 15 minutes to set.
