Blend the chicken breast.
Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Press the mixture into a ziplock bag (the one I'm using is 3L) or wrap it in plastic wrap.
Cut into strips/portions and freeze
To defrost and cook, you can use an air fryer or a pan.
I placed mine in the air fryer at 200°C (390°F) for 20 minutes and made a quick sandwich!
