Chicken Meal Prep Make Ahead For The Week
  1. Blend the chicken breast.

  2. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

  3. Press the mixture into a ziplock bag (the one I'm using is 3L) or wrap it in plastic wrap.

  4. Cut into strips/portions and freeze

  5. To defrost and cook, you can use an air fryer or a pan.

  6. I placed mine in the air fryer at 200°C (390°F) for 20 minutes and made a quick sandwich!
