Shrimp Ceviche
  1. Peel, devein, and chop shrimp into bite-sized pieces

  2. Place shrimp in a bowl and fully cover with fresh lime juice

  3. Season with salt and pepper, then refrigerate for 30-45 minutes until shrimp turns opaque

  4. While shrimp marinates, dice tomatoes, onions, jalapeño, and peeled cucumber with seeds removed

  5. Finely chop cilantro and crush chiles de árbol

  6. Add all chopped ingredients to the shrimp

  7. Mix in soy sauce and salsa negra for mariscos

  8. Taste and adjust salt as needed

  9. Refrigerate for another 20 minutes and serve chilled
