While shrimp marinates, dice tomatoes, onions, jalapeño, and peeled cucumber with seeds removed
Finely chop cilantro and crush chiles de árbol
Add all chopped ingredients to the shrimp
Mix in soy sauce and salsa negra for mariscos
Taste and adjust salt as needed
Refrigerate for another 20 minutes and serve chilled
