Pumpkin Miso Soup (kabocha)
  1. Cut pumpkin small, slice onion.

  2. Add dashi in water, add pumpkin and onion, simmer.

  3. Poke with chopsticks, when it goes through easily it's ready.

  4. Turn off the heat, then dissolve the miso.

  5. Never boil after this.
