Crispy Sesame Tofu
  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes.

  2. In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with avocado oil, tamari or soy sauce, and cornstarch until evenly coated.

  3. Bake the tofu in a preheated oven until crispy.

  4. In a pan, sauté green onions and garlic in avocado oil.

  5. Add hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, tamari or soy sauce, sesame seeds, water, and cornstarch to the pan.

  6. Cook until the sauce thickens, then stir in toasted sesame oil.

  7. Toss the crispy tofu in the sesame sauce until coated.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
