Healthy Gingerbread Cookies
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients.

  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.

  3. Roll dough into balls and roll in monk fruit if using.

  4. Flatten balls onto a parchment lined pan and bake at 350°F for 10-14 minutes.

  5. Let cool and enjoy!
