SAUCE
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Use a fork to poke a few holes into the potatoes. Place on a lined baking sheet, rub with olive oil, and sprinkle liberally with sea salt all over. Bake 45 to 60 minutes, or until the potato is fork-tender and the skin is crisp.
Using 2 tbsp. of butter, saute onions in a skillet. & set aside
Using the same skillet, brown the ground beef & season with seasoned salt & garlic powder. Add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce once it its almost fully cooked.
In a bowl, add the ingredients for the sauce (mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, pickles, & vinegar) and combine.
Slice open each cooked potato, fluff the insides, and top with butter, ground beef, and cheese. Return the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Garnish potatoes with tomatoes, lettuce & sauce.
