  4. 16 oz salmon, cut into a criss cross pattern

  5. Salt n Pepper, to taste

  6. ½ tsp garlic powder

  7. ½ tsp onion powder

  8. ½ tsp chili powder

  9. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  10. 2 teaspoon olive oil

  11. Bang bang Sauce:

  12. ½ cup kewpie mayo (or light mayo)

  13. 2 tbsp soy sauce

  14. 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

  15. 2 tbsp sriracha

  16. 2 garlic cloves minced (optional)

  17. Cilantro lime rice:

  18. 3-4 cups Cooked rice

  19. Juice of 1 lime

  20. 3-4 tbsp chopped cilantro

  21. Salt, to taste
