16 oz salmon, cut into a criss cross pattern
Salt n Pepper, to taste
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 teaspoon olive oil
Bang bang Sauce:
½ cup kewpie mayo (or light mayo)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp sriracha
2 garlic cloves minced (optional)
Cilantro lime rice:
3-4 cups Cooked rice
Juice of 1 lime
3-4 tbsp chopped cilantro
Salt, to taste
