Preheat oven to 400°F.
On a sheet pan, spread 1.5 lbs baby potatoes. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp pepper.
Roast potatoes for 15 minutes alone to start them cooking.
Remove the pan and add 1.5–2 lbs chicken, brushing with 2 tbsp olive oil, then sprinkle 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper.
Add 1 lb green beans to the pan edges.
Bake 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked and potatoes are tender.
