Dragon Chicken Recipe
  1. Mix everything and marinate for 15 minutes.

  2. Shallow fry until light golden brown.

  3. In a wok add oil, garlic, green chilli, red chilli.

  4. Sauté for a minute and add sauce and let it come to a simmer.

  5. Add cornflour slurry and cook until thickened.

  6. Add cashew nuts and chicken.

  7. Mix everything.

  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

  9. Serve with fried rice.
