Mix everything and marinate for 15 minutes.
Shallow fry until light golden brown.
In a wok add oil, garlic, green chilli, red chilli.
Sauté for a minute and add sauce and let it come to a simmer.
Add cornflour slurry and cook until thickened.
Add cashew nuts and chicken.
Mix everything.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Serve with fried rice.
