  2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

  3. Mix the ingredients until they can bind together.

  4. Sear the patties over medium heat until crispy on both sides.

  5. Assemble the slider with the tuna patty, tomato, arugula, and condiment of your choice.
