Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a 9-inch-square baking pan with cooking spray. Mash 3 bananas in a medium bowl to yield 1¼ cups mashed banana; whisk in 2 eggs, ¼ cup cocoa, 3 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 tablespoon melted butter, 1 tablespoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ¾ teaspoon cinnamon and ¼ teaspoon salt until evenly combined. Add 1½ cups milk; whisk until smooth. Stir in 2½ cups oats and ¼ cup almonds. Transfer to the prepared baking dish; let stand for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the oat mixture with 2 tablespoons chocolate chips.
Bake until set in the center, about 35 minutes. Let cool in the baking pan on a wire rack for 20 minutes before serving.
