Julienne the daikon and squeeze out excess moisture with paper towels using a slicer.
In a bowl, add the daikon, bonito flakes, green onions, potato starch, and cheese. Mix well.
Heat a frying pan and add sesame oil. Cook the mixture over medium-low heat.
While cooking, mix together gochujang, soy sauce, mirin, honey, ketchup, ground sesame, chicken stock powder, and garlic.
Once nicely browned, flip and cook the other side.
Pour the sauce and coat well.
Top with green onions and bonito flakes.
