Using a veggie peeler or mandolin, thinly slice cabbage, about ⅛ or ¼ of a head of green cabbage. Slice into a bowl and add an egg, plus salt and pepper. Pour into an oiled and preheated pan.
Cook until one side is a golden brown and holds together. Then flip, and cook the other side.
Thinly slice up your onions, chop up your pickles, and cook your sausage/brat/hot dog.
Put your link into your cabbage "bun", add ketchup, mustard, onion, pickles, and enjoy!
