Pimientos De Padrón
  1. Wash the peppers in cold water and pat them dry. Keep them intact.

  2. Heat the oil in a large, heavy based frying pan.

  3. Place the peppers in a single layer. Cook it in batches if you need to.

  4. Fry for 5 minutes or until their skins start browning.

  5. Remove from the heat and serve immediately with a sprinkling of salt.
