Homemade Healthy Pumpkin Seed Crackers
  1. Preheat the oven to 320 °F

  2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the olive oil and warm water and stir well until thoroughly combined. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, allowing the ingredients to blend together.

  3. Place the mixture on baking paper, covering with a second piece, of baking paper. Roll out to approximately ⅒ inch (0.3cm) thick using a rolling pin. Remove the top layer of baking paper.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until crispy, rotate the baking tray halfway through. All ovens are a bit different, so I recommend to check the crackers for desired crispiness and adjusting cooking time as needed, especially for the first batch.

  5. Allow the crackers to cool down completely, then break apart with your hands. Enjoy your homemade pumpkin seed crackers as a delicious snack.
