Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray
Add the shredded mozzarella to the bottom of the dish. Spreading it out to have an even layer.
Add the diced green peppers followed by the chopped red onion. Next add the sliced olives and mushrooms. Next add the cooked ground beef and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Add the shredded Parmesan and the cooked Italian sausage. Then add the slices of provolone. Drizzle the pizza sauce on top of that and use a brush to spread it out evenly. Place the pizza dough on top and tuck in the edges all the way around the casserole dish.
Brush the top of the pizza dough with the melted herb butter.
Make a couple slits in the dough so it doesn’t puff up as it cooks.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool a few minutes before you flip it over onto a cutting board.
Sprinkle the top with some crushed red pepper flakes and grated parmesan. Slice and enjoy!
YUM!
