Puff Pastry Apple Roses
  1. Cut the puff pastry into strips

  2. Slice the apples very thinly, place them in a bowl with water and lemon juice, and microwave for 3 minutes at maximum power (or blanch them)

  3. Brush apricot jam on the pastry, layer the apple slices, and fold the pastry over itself

  4. Roll up to form a rose, then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon

  5. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20 minutes

  6. Dust with icing sugar and serve
