Spray a large crockpot with cooking spray.
Add 1 lb of chicken breast.
Season with salt, pepper, dried cilantro, cumin, chili powder, and cayenne powder.
Add a 10 oz can of mild Rotel (not drained) and enough Buffalo Wild Wings Southwest Ranch to cover the chicken.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Shred the chicken with two forks.
Add more southwest ranch if desired.
Build the tacos with flour tortillas and your favorite taco toppings.
