Add 1 ripe banana, 2 cups strawberries, ½ cup Greek yogurt, ½ cup milk, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, and 1 tablespoon honey (optional) to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, stop and scrape down the sides once or twice.
Taste the smoothie and add a little more honey if you want it sweeter. For a thinner texture, blend in a splash of extra milk. Pour into a glass and serve right away.
