Mongolian Chicken
  1. For Sauce:

  2. Combine soy sauce, cornstarch, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, water, chili flakes, black pepper, sugar, and chicken cube.

  3. Mongolian Chicken:

  4. Season the chicken with black pepper and salt.

  5. Add vinegar and cornstarch, mix well.

  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown.

  7. Remove chicken from oil and set aside.

  8. In the same pan, sauté ginger, garlic, and dried red chili peppers.

  9. Add the sauce mixture and bring to a boil.

  10. Add the fried chicken and green onions, and cook until the sauce thickens.

  11. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
