Chop one lime into eight pieces.
Add the lime pieces to a blender with 100g of coconut water.
Blend the lime and coconut water.
Pass the mixture through a sieve into a bowl, removing coarse solids.
Pour the sieved liquid back into the blender.
Add about 65g of sweetened condensed coconut milk.
Add 2-3g of PerfectTed matcha powder.
Blend until creamy and light.
Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
