Viral Blender Rice Bread (gluten Free, No Flour!)
  1. Soak the rice in water overnight.

  2. In the morning, drain and discard the soaking water.

  3. In your blender, combine the warm water, honey, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, until foamy.

  4. Add the soaked rice, salt, and oil to the blender. Blend until smooth and fully combined. The mixture should feel smooth, not grainy.

  5. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan and spread evenly.

  6. Let it rest at room temperature for 1 hour to rise.

  7. Place the pan in a cold oven, then bake at 350F (175C) for 30-40 minutes, or until set and lightly golden. Let it rest, and enjoy!
