Soak chicken in orange and lime juice for 5 minutes.
Mix together vinegar, Red Recado, tamari or soy sauce, mustard, and Belizean BBQ Spice. Coat chicken well. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare barbeque grill. Place chicken over grill and continually coat with desired BBQ sauce until chicken is cooked. Serve with flour tortilla, beans, and slaw!
