Peach Pecan Infused Bourbon

Here’s what you need to make this infused bourbon:

  1. Add all ingredients to a large jar (we used a 32oz jar), making sure to cover the peaches with bourbon. Seal, shake and let sit in a cool dark place for at least 5 days, or up to 2 weeks.

  2. Shake the jar every day or so to evenly disperse the ingredients.

  3. Taste the bourbon to decide if it’s ready to strain. If so, strain through a fine mesh sieve, then store the alcohol in an airtight jar for up to several months.
