  1. Cook rice flour with water over low heat until thick and glossy. Cool slightly.

  2. Simmer minced garlic + doenjang + 200ml water briefly.

  3. Once cooled, blend with rice syrup, salt, and vodka until smooth.

  4. Mix with rice paste until fully incorporated.

  5. Fold in gradually, mixing until smooth and thick.

  6. Cover and let ferment for at least 3 months in a cool place.
