Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and pour over the lamb chops, coating them in the masala.
Marinate the lamb chops for at least a few hours.
Add a little oil to a pan and heat it up for a minute so the lamb sizzles when it hits the pan.
Shallow fry, air fry, or bake the lamb chops for around 5 minutes on each side (well done).
Baste the lamb chops with the masala juices after turning them.
Leave the lamb chops to rest for 5 minutes.
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve.
