In a large pot over medium-high heat, warm oil. Add carrots, celery, onions, and garlic and sauté about 5 minutes, until onions turn translucent and begin to brown.
Sprinkle in flour and continue to cook 1 minute while stirring often. Pour broth into pot and stir vigorously. Add seasoning, salt, and pepper and bring to a simmer.
Gently stir in gnocchi and continue to cook 3 to 5 minutes, until gnocchi are tender. Add milk and spinach and cook for another 2 minutes, until heated through and spinach is wilted. Serve hot.
