In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and dark soy sauce and set aside.
In a wok or frying pan, fry the bacon until it is cooked to your liking. Drain off the bacon fat if there’s a lot of it.
Stir in the vegetables and cook until slightly wilted.
Add the cooked noodles and sauce and stir fry for a bit.
In another frying pan, heat up the oil over medium high heat and cook your eggs as desired.
Enjoy the noodles topped with the eggs!
