Garlic Roasted Cauliflower With Lemon Feta Sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)

  2. In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper

  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet

  4. Roast for 25–30 minutes until golden and tender

  5. In a blender or food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper. Blend until smooth

  6. Transfer roasted cauliflower to a serving dish

  7. Drizzle with lemon feta sauce and garnish with parsley

  8. Serve warm
