Cut slices along 2 croissants without slicing all the way through.
Spread 20g garlic butter in the gaps, then stuff with 40g grated mozzarella.
Brush the croissants all over with another 10g melted garlic butter.
Air fry at 180C or oven bake at 180C fan/200C for 5-7 mins or until the croissants are crispy and mozzarella has melted.
Serve & devour.
