Crusty White Loaf
  1. Mix all your ingredients into a shaggy dough

  2. Tip out on a floured work surface and knead for 5-10 mins until smooth

  3. Oil up a bowl and add the dough, cover and leave for 90 mins to double in size

  4. Tip it out and push out all the air and shape into a flat rectangle

  5. Now pull in the corners and tuck the dough in on itself until you have a sausage shape

  6. Now add to a loaf tin or pan with flour and cover for 30 mins to double in size

  7. Grab a big knife or blade and score down the middle

  8. Add to your oven anything over 200 degrees C for 30 mins with a pan of warm water on the bottom shelf to help the crust

  9. Take it out, remove from the tin and add back for 5 mins

  10. Take it out, leave to cool for half hour and enjoy!!!
