Fruit Loaf
  1. Place all ingredients into your mixer bowl except the fruit.

  2. Mix on speed 1 to combine.

  3. Once combined, add the fruit and mix on speed 3 for 30 seconds.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased and lined 2lb loaf tin and bake at 160°C for 1 hour.

  5. Once done, insert a clean skewer and if it comes out clean your fruit loaf is ready.

  6. Cool on a wire rack then enjoy!
