Add everything for the jam (except the chia seeds) in a sauce pan and place on the stove top on medium heat. Cook for 7-10 minutes, then remove from heat. Lightly mash the berries and add the chia seeds. Set aside and let cool.
Mix in the dragonfruit to the yogurt, and set aside.
Build the all 3-4 parfaits in 16oz mason jars. First add the yogurt at the bottom of each. Then top with the blackberry jam, then all the sliced fruit, and finish with granola.
Store in the fridge and consume within 4-5 days.
