Cucumber Salad
  1. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds

  2. Thinly slice the red onion.

  3. Add cucumbers and onion to a large bowl.

  4. In a separate bowl, stir together apple cider vinegar, sugar, fresh dill, salt, and pepper until sugar dissolves.

  5. Pour dressing over cucumbers and toss to coat.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

  7. Drain the liquid before serving.
