Blend together the crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, 4-5 tbsp olive oil, and juice from 1 lemon
Transfer blended mixture to a serving bowl
Top with more olive oil
Drizzle generously with hot honey
Sprinkle with lemon zest, flaky salt, red pepper, and chopped chives
Serve as a veggie dip, spread on sandwiches, toast and wraps, or thin out to use as a drizzle over bowls
