Prepare the stir fry sauce mix by combining the oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking rice wine and sesame oil.
Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Add the mince beef and stir fry until browned.
Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper and carrot. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the noodles and the stir fry sauce mix. Toss everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through.
Finally, add the bean sprouts and spring onions. Toss to combine.
Serve hot and enjoy!
