Slice sausage, slice and season chicken thighs with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, red chili flakes, cajun seasoning, mix with hands until chicken is coated.
Cook sausage in pan until crispy, remove from pan, add chicken and cook, remove from pan.
Add butter to pan, along with garlic, onion, bell peppers, and celery, fry until browned. Add Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste and stir well.
Add rice to pan with vegetables, stir well, add chicken broth and cajun seasoning. Reintroduce the meat, mix everything well.
Lower heat to medium low, top pan with lid and let cook for 20-30 minutes.
Top with diced scallions, serve.
