  1. Combine all ingredients for the simple tea, let steep for 7 mins, and drink.

  2. Rinse the cranberries and oranges. Place the cranberries into a pot, juice the oranges into the pot and then add the rinds to the pot. Pour water over and place on stovetop.

  3. Bring to a boil, then let simmer for two mins. Strain in a fine mesh strainer then place in glass jars. Stir in honey while it's still warm. Store in fridge or freeze in large ice cubes.
